    If you receive a message that the e-mail address or password is incorrect, first check that the e-mail address is correct. You may have recently acquired a new e-mail address, or you may be using multiple e-mail addresses. You can check the email address by checking your inbox to see if you have received email from us there in the past.

    Is the email address correct, but are you still getting the message? Then this is due to the password. You can then check the most common causes:

    - Have spaces been entered before or after the password? (If you copy and paste the password, there will often be a space after it)
    - Is the password capitalized or is Caps Lock on? Our system is case sensitive.
    - Have you requested several passwords in succession? You may not be trying to use the most recent password.
