Guarantee

At 123-3D.co.uk you are assured of products that meet the highest quality requirements.

Every product comes with a legal warranty as standard. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.

In addition, we provide the following specific warranty (this does not affect the legal warranty):

- You receive a lifetime warranty on 123-3D.co.uk own label filament (replacement of a defective product)
- You will receive 12 months warranty on 3D printer parts (repair or replacement of defective product)
- You receive the manufacturer's warranty on defects in original products.
- 3D printers: Printers have a different warranty procedure. The warranty handling of printers goes directly through the service partner of the relevant brand. We will send you the procedure by e-mail.

These additional guarantees do not affect the legal guarantee.
