This dynamic machine is powered by a quiet Klipper motherboard and an ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core high-performance processor, clocking in at an impressive 1.5G main frequency. With such powerful hardware, this printer delivers a maximum printing speed of up to 500mm/s, although we recommend a comfortable pace of 250mm/s. This speed gives you the advantage of creating your designs in a fraction of the time, while also maintaining exceptional print quality thanks to the input shaping and pressure advance functions.

At the heart of the ELEGOO Neptune 4 is a newly developed dual-gear direct drive extruder. It boasts a 5.2:1 reduction ratio, translating into potent extrusion and smoother filament feeding. This robust system is complemented by a copper-titanium all-metal throat pipe and a unique air duct design. Together, they work synergistically to enhance heat dissipation of the throat pipe, reducing the risk of nozzle blockages.

The printer's capabilities don't stop there. Equipped with a 300°C high-temperature nozzle and an extended hot end, it ensures full melting and uniform flow of the filament, even at high printing speeds. This means you can use a variety of materials, including PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and even high-temperature filaments such as nylon, expanding your creative possibilities.

To ensure precision and ease of use, the ELEGOO Neptune 4 comes with an 11 x 11 (121 points) auto bed levelling feature. This allows for quick and precise levelling of the build platform. For perfect first-layer printing, hand-twist knobs are available under the build platform for auxiliary levelling. To top it off, the PEI magnetic platform makes model removal a breeze—just a slight bend and your creation is free.

Cooling is another aspect where this printer shines. It features two thickened double-sided 4015 model cooling fans for comprehensive and efficient heat dissipation. It also has four 4020 ball bearing blower fans positioned behind the print head, providing rapid cooling to the newly printed model. This ensures high-quality prints even at high speeds.

Last but not least, the ELEGOO Neptune 4 sports a 4.3-inch removable capacitive touchscreen. This can be used hand-held or fixed on the base, as per your convenience. It includes a model preview function and pause printing function, for added control. Additionally, the printer's gantry is fitted with an LED light strip composed of 30 beads and a hood, paired with a nozzle LED light. These features facilitate model observation even in low-light conditions, making sure you never miss a detail.
