When making a thin wall, holes or openings may occur in it. This often happens when you print a wall that is only a few times larger than the diameter of the nozzle, or print head. For example, if you try to print a 1mm wall with an extrusion width (the width of the plastic layer that is pressed out) of 0.4mm, your print will experience problems. To prevent this, some settings of your 3D printer software must be adjusted.
Adjusting any of the above settings will help you create solid walls, without holes and gaps between the walls. This way you can make a sturdy 3D print. Back to the 3D printing help centre
