This black LW-PLA filament from colorFabb is perfect for printing RC planes, cosplay items and other lightweight parts. Printed objects are very light but retain good strength. In addition, they are easy to cut, trim and sand. This filament in the colour black has a diameter of 2.85mm and provides a matte finish. It also starts to foam at about 230°C, increasing its volume by up to three times its original size, while reducing the weight of your prints by up to 65% compared to normal PLA.
Print recommendation for colorFabb LW-PLA (lightweight PLA):
print temperature: 195°C to 260°C
heated bed temperature: 50°C to 60°C (optional)
print speed: 40mm/s to 100mm/s
part cooling: off
