The Uniformation Cure 3 Ultra Curing Station is a large curing chamber of 362 x 200 mm. This large size is ideal for curing large 3D prints or multiple smaller 3D prints. This makes this curing chamber also very useful for mass production and print farms.
Perfect curing
This curing chamber has 4 UV LED strips that are distributed over the sides. Thanks to the transparent 360 ˚ turntable, your 3D print is evenly illuminated from all sides. This way you get perfectly cured 3D prints every time. The standard curing time is set at 3 minutes, but can be manually adjusted to easily 30 minutes. To get even more out of your 3D print, you can use this machine to dry the print. The built-in drying system can be set up to 50 ˚ and between 0 and 15 minutes, so you can be sure that the print is perfectly dry before it is cured. The print is cured with 400 – 405 nm UV light.
Safety first
The 500 cm² carbon filter is magnetic and can be attached to the back of the machine. This makes it easy to place and replace. This filter ensures that there is less nuisance from resin odor, so you are assured of a safe working environment. For extra safety when using this curing chamber, there is an extra safety feature that prevents the machine from starting when the lid is open. In addition, the chamber has a plastic protection against exposure to UV light.
