Make ultra-fast prints with this black UHF Phaetus Rapido hotend 2 that is perfect for high-temperature printing and with fiber filaments. The ceramic heating element heats efficiently, is reliable and ensures a maximum printing temperature of 290 °C. The heater block has an extended heating space, allowing the flow rate to increase to 75 mm/s. With this flow rate, most 3D printers can be converted into high-speed printers. The temperature sensor of this hotend is replaceable, for example for a 104NT sensor to meet the requirements for high-speed printing. The Rapido 2 is similar in appearance to the Rapido and can therefore also be used directly as a replacement. The Rapido 2 is also compatible with the same models as the Rapido.
Easy to install and upgrade
The new cable connection structure can prevent damage to your wiring harness during installation. The heating element has a metal shell that is easy to maintain and upgrade. Because not every 3D model needs to be printed at high speed, you can easily switch between the High-Flow Rapido 2 and the Ultra-High-Flow Rapido 2 with the copper-nickel-plated nut adapter. This way you can quickly choose your optimal flow rate.
Handy nozzle
The Rapido 2 gives you the opportunity to choose the perfect nozzle for your print. The nozzle can be replaced with just one hand due to the rigid coupling between the heater block and heatsink. The heat insulation ensures that there is less chance of your nozzle becoming clogged. This hotend is designed to print with filaments that have added fibers.
