Featuring a quiet Klipper motherboard, with this 3D printer from Elegoo, you can print free from distractions caused by noise. This Klipper motherboard, when combined with the ARM 64-bit 1.5G main frequency quad-core processor, ensures that the Neptune 4 Pro has sufficient processing power. This in turn allows the powerful Elegoo machine to print at amazingly quick speeds of up to 500mm/s, with recommended print speeds of 250mm/s, for optimum performance.

Smoother Printing

More than capable of producing accurate and smooth models, the Neptune 4 Pro supports advanced functions like input shaping and pressure advance. The dual-gear direct drive extruder, with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio, ensures smooth and consistent extrusion. When combined with the copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe and unique air duct design, these features improve heat dissipation and reduce nozzle clogging, in order to guarantee the success of prints.

Flexible Filament Support

With a high-temperature nozzle reaching 300°C, the printer can handle a wide range of filaments for greater flexibility, all available today at 123-3D.co.uk. The Neptune 4 Pro supports PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU, as well as high-temperature filaments like nylon.

Precise Temperature Control and Efficient Heating

Experience faster print speeds thanks to the extended hotend design which ensures consistent heating and faster melting and extrusion. With an impressive power output of 100W+150W, the slicing software automatically recognises the size of the model during slicing and activates the peripheral heating zone if the model size exceeds the centre heating zone (120mm x 120mm). This useful feature means that models are printed to a consistently high standard. The two partitions can also be turned on and off manually for more precise temperature control. These features allow you to have more control over the printing process.

The Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro also features 2 x thickened double-sided 4015 ball bearing cooling fans and 4 x 4020 ball bearing blower fans behind the print head for omnidirectional rapid cooling of the newly printed layers. This then prevents the newly printed layers from becoming warped, improving the overall print quality, even at fast printing speeds.

Easy to Use

The surface of the PEI magnetic platform is marked for guidance, making 3D printing a simple and user-friendly process. With 121 (11 x 11) points auto bed levelling, you can achieve consistent and reliable prints every time without the need for manual bed levelling. This simplistic set-up process means that it takes less time to get you printing! Additionally, the auxiliary levelling by hand-twist knobs allows for further fine-tuning of the print bed's level, for improved print quality and maintained control of your prints.
