Thanks to the printer’s maximum extruder temperature of 300°C, the Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus is able to work with a wide range of filaments, (PETG, PLA, TPU, nylon and ABS), for greater versatility. Whichever of these filaments you choose, you can be assured that it’s extruded evenly, as it features a dual-gear direct extruder.
Despite its high temperatures for wider filament choice, the Neptune 4 Plus can cool down quickly to prevent printing errors. This is due to the fans that are included with this Neptune printer:
- 2 x 4015 ball bearing model cooling fans
- 3010 ball bearing blower fan
- 2 x 6025 ball bearing blower fans
Lastly, the Elegoo Neptune 4 Plus also features 11 x 11 (121) points automatic bed levelling for faster and easier setup, meaning that you can begin printing quickly.
