The Pulsar is a state-of-the-art and large-scale plastic pellet extruder. It is designed to print parts of 1m
3 or more as quickly and cost-effectively as possible and can produce up to 500mm
3 (2.5 kg/h) of material. The Pulsar is compatible with any large-scale 3D printer or even robotic arms.
The pulsar is designed with three heat zones. This ensures that the polymer remains at a consistent temperature. The upper part receives the cold pellets and heats them to melting point. Next, the middle zone stabilises the polymer at a precise temperature. A nozzle heater ensures an even flow. This Pulsar also comes with a 3mm nozzle. On order, versions can be supplied with other nozzle diameters of 1mm or 5mm.
