You need this Bondtech LGX Shortcut X carriage to install the "Bondtech LGX Shortcut Copperhead for Prusa MK3S" and "Bondtech LGX Shortcut Mosquito for Prusa MK3S" upgrade kits. The X-carriage reduces the distance between the nozzle and the x-axis.
This part is professionally 3D printed with nylon for maximum strength, precision and higher temperature resistance. The operating temperature limit for the stepper motor is max. 70°C and the maximum operating temperature is 90°C. The X-carriage itself can withstand temperatures up to 100°C. For durability, this part is supplied unpainted. It has the natural colour of the material and a wax coating.
