Description The Duet 3 Expansion Board 3HC V1.02a is an improved version of the 3HC V1.02. It is a fully featured expansion board for the Duet 3 motherboards. The board contains a powerful 32-bit Atmel ARM Cortex-M4F microcontroller with a speed of up to 120 MHz. The part is also equipped with 3x 5 A PWM outputs for extruders, 6 PWM outputs for fans, 6 I/O connectors with 3.3 V output signal level and 30V outputs. In addition, this board has improved input protection on Tacho/Io and inputs that measure temperature. Description The Duet3D Magnetic Encoder is compatible with the Duet 3 Expansion 1HCL. This allows you to accurately measure the position and rotation of the motor, because it uses a hall effect sensor. This detects the rotation of a magnet attached to the back of the motor. The encoder comes with a 150mm ribbon cable and nylon washers to properly mount it to the back of most NEMA 17 motors.

Please note: You will need replacement (longer) motor screws to attach the Duet 3 magnetic encoder to most NEMA 17 motors. These are not included because the length of the screws depends on the length of your engine.

14 bit on-axis magnetic rotation sensor
